Your Gym Will Be The Most Crowded On This Day Of The Week, According To Study

When it comes to working out, Saturdays and Sundays seem like the perfect days for it.

Without the stress of work or school weighing on you, what’s stopping you from getting in a long run after your morning barre class?

Let’s be real, though, by the time the weekend rolls around, all you want to do is camp out with Netflix and a box of pizza — not spend your precious free days holding planks and sweating like crazy at the gym.

On Mondays, though, working out seems like awaybetter idea, and I’m not just saying that because I feel all smug right now about making it to a 7:30 yoga class this morning.

New data from the app Whisper, which collects confessions from its 30 million users, found people talk about exercising the most on Mondays, and the chatter dies down as the week goes on.

On Sundays, it seems people are the least motivated, which makes sense because hangovers, ice cream and TV. Am I right or am I right?
